As most of you know i’m crazy about my iPhone. I use it for work, business, blogging, communication, fun and many other things. I often have my phone sitting next to me while I work and prop it up against items on my desk so I can read my incoming alerts and messages.

I have been looking for an stand or cradle for a whle but wasnt impressed with anything I’ve seen so far. Most stands out there come at a premium price and I was just looking for something simple. Then I stumbled upon the GoGoStand.

I discovered the GoGoStand while browsing youtube. I was quite amazed at the simplicity of the product (and jealous that I didnt think of it first!) The GoGoStand is an iPhone and iPod Touch stand that folds out from a credit card sized piece of plastic. The size and portability is what instantly sold me.

At $4.99 I couldn’t say no! Simple, useful, portable! I managed to snag one the day they went on sale (and sold out!)

I should also note that the Dean the designer of the GoGoStand is a friendly and responsive guy! I had to shoot him an email to correct my shipping address and he got back to me the same day. Great customer service!

OK SHUT UP NIKI! WHERE CAN I GET A GOGOSTAND?

Since I’m so pleased with the GoGoStand I asked Dean if he had some freebies for my readers. Currently the GoGoSands are all sold out – BUT stay tuned for a giveaway in the near future!

For more information about the GoGoStand check out the website http://gogostand.com/

Time is always a critical matter when designing for clients and sometimes you need to outsource work. There are tons of PSD to HTML conversion services out there – so how do you go about picking one? You We You Coding is an advertiser on my blog (take a look over to the right) We needed a template coded at Brunello so we decided to give them a try.

Erik of You We You Coding did a great job coding our template with speed and efficiency. The whole process took about 2 days from the initial order to revisions and changes. Erik was quick to respond to our emails about changes and made them quickly.

Heres a peek into the CSS & HTML

Browsers And Validation

The code validated as XHTML 1.0 Transitional, and the css had a few errors: ( Property opacity doesn’t exist in CSS level 2.1 but exists in [css3] : 0.5 – probably something with the jquery slider ) but nothing that prevented the page from rendering correctly. The design looked great in all the major browsers as well.

The only thing I would have done differently with the code would be to use ID’s instead of CLASS on all of the non repeating divs on the page – but that’s probably just a coding style/preference.

Competitive Pricing

You we you charges $79 for PSD to XHTML and $39 for subpages. If you need PSD to WordPress services the rate is $99 for a main page and $59 for a subpages. If you are in the market for PSD to HTML services definitely give You We You Coding a try.

What services have you used?

Leave a comment and let me know your experiences with PSD to HTML services. Thanks!
