*Please pardon the un-styled mess why I am rethinking and re-designing my blog!*

As you probably all know I’m an avid Twitter user. I love interacting with other designers and non designers to share and learn. But all to often Twitter turns into a sea of links and re-tweets. This in itself isnt a bad thing, but I think we (myself included) tend to forget that ACTUAL PEOPLE (for the most part) run these twitter accounts. So take a second to say hello to your twitter friends today.
Follow me on twitter @NikiBrown or send me an email and lets interact. Lets have a conversation!

oh man, thanks for this reminder. Being a lone freelancer, I feel like many of the people I and friends with on Twitter are like my co-workers and …of course it's so nice to talk and have that interaction – but when you're busy it is all too easy to get in your bubble and block the world out.

Many freelancers have been forgetting the power of social media in securing a brand for themselves on the world wide web, not to mention their next freelance gig. So, I'd say hello to you as well and thanks for the reminder!

Good point. Most of the time, I'm not even sure who the tweet is from because it's usually a retweet or a link. Thanks for the reminder!
