  3. Very nice. I always enjoy your tips. Admittedly I am using them in The Gimp, but your tips are clear and give me the steps I need to take to accomplish a given task. Thanks!

  4. That was really useful, thanks for that Quick Tip.

  5. All this time I’ve been slicing our eBlasts by hand. Super-helpful! Thanks! :)

  6. Nice tip Niki!

One thing that I always do when I’m done making slices is to (with the slice or the slice select tool) right-click on each slice and change the name of the slice. That way if you’re doing navigation, you can name the image accordingly. The name will also carry if you’re doing rollover states as well.

    Thanks again,

    Vic

  7. Another tip is when you’re saving the images you can select each slice individually in the preview window and change each slices optimized file format independently. Some slices might be better as JPEGs and some might be better as GIFs.
