Wow… I had tried using IEPNGFIX — and it didn't work when I was including images as CSS backgrounds. This was very easy to do, and worked like a charm!

Just wondering what you use to Command+Tab between files like that – it seems much different from normal alt-tab like switches on a mac – like a stack of cards.

PS. Thanks for the PNG fix – will use from now on.

@fred: The DD_belatedPNG is a much better implementation as it allows you to also use PNG images as backgrounds properly.
The css filter is *a* way to fix it, but certainly not the best, quickest or easiest.

@Łukasz: The amount of users that turn JavaScript off is low, the amount of users with IE6 or less that turn JavaScript off is even less.

Have you used the unitpngfix ever? I have been using it and it is fairly simple I find, don’t even have to add classes.

@fred – I disagree – that fix is not easier, and it involved much more code than a few lines of javascript and a class. I think the DD_belatedPNG fix is the easiest to implement and understand.

Fastest? Putting the css filter code directly is WAY faster.

If you have 1 or 2 png image on a website, this is the best way to do it.
