  5. Not a real fan of the glass here either, but it’s good :)

    The feather is to give the selection a sort of feather effect, which looks like an awful blur :P

Hey Niki it’s really a nice tutorial but i think you would have done this using a simple shape rather than three layers for that effect. we can do it just by using gradient and stroke on a single shape. please don’t mind but i think this is too complicated for the new designers :) and even if we are asked to resize the button in future, we won’t be able to do it using your way :)
