  4. This is a great tip. I’d learned this from someone I’d hired last year to handle some production. Sadly it was downhill from here so I haven’t worked with him since, but definitely a great trick!

  5. Great tut!

  6. Classic – great when wanting to discuss images with a client face to face….

  7. This is a useful tip but if you have Bridge CS4 you can do it a little faster. Bridge has the option to create a contact sheet and will save it as a PDF file which I find much more user friendly.

And when you have a ton of images it doesn’t take forever and tie up Photoshop.

To do this in Bridge CS4: Select the output view mode, select PDF button, from the dropdown select contact sheet (make sure your images are all selected).

From there scroll down and click save to save the contact sheet to a PDF file.

On my machine this seems to process a lot faster than the Photoshop way.

  8. Great tip, thanks!

  9. Now that is SWEET. I use automate all the time to put all my mock-ups into one PDF for client review, but never noticed the contact sheet. That’s rad! Thanks for sharing!
