Very useful tip, I’ve been meaning to look those up for a while!
I learnt how to pronounce leading too. I always thought it was pronounced in the same way as leading, when you mean leading someone somewhere.

Wow! I was not aware of these shortcuts! Thanks a lot.
In Illustrator, my teacher taught us to kern and lead type by turning type into outlines, ungrouping the text, and then moving each individual line or letter.
What do you think of this method?
