Methifesto: Design For A Good Cause

The estimated time to read this article is less than a minute

I found this booklet on the subway the other day. Its definitely inspired by Russian constructivism and Shepard Fairy’s Obama poster. Its printed on newsprint which gives it a nice warm finish next to the harsh black and red. I think they also use bank gothic for all the body text, which is kind of hard to read. Overall I would say its great eye catching design for a good cause. Designed and printed by Better World Advertising.

that is cool…except the imagery seems like it’s targeting black people….racist? Either way, it’s totally cool.

  2. I actually think its targeting gay men – it makes several mentions of it.
