4 Interesting Things To Do In A Job Interview

I had a job interview last week which I feel went well, but I did some strange things due to nervousness. I thought I would blog about the funny things I did in order to make me feel better! (pictured to the right: me, doing the heisman with my portfolio)

1. Ask interviews what their favorite colors are

They asked if I had any questions and this is the first thing that popped into my mind! So deep and insightful!

2. Ask if they like bananas

The interviewers noticed my not so subtle banana website on the back of my business cards, so I thought I would clear the air and find out if they like them. After all how could I possibly work for a company that would not support my potassium habit? :)

3. Make your voice squeak at random times

When I get nervous my voice squeaks like a 14 year old boy. Its actually quite funny at times.

4. Completely obliterate a paper clip

I didn’t realize that I had a paperclip in my hand almost the whole time. By the end of the interview I had manipulated the thing into something that almost resembled sculptural art.

    I had an interviewer this summer who kept asking me “so, what other talents do you have?” I told him i was really, really good at Mario Kart.
